I was born and raised in Oregon, and love calling it my home today. I grew up spending summers outdoors with my family and my Girl Scout troop. Hiking and camping were staple activities that I still love. Over the years, I’ve found that the outdoor industry is full of people who don’t look like me, but nature doesn’t care. In nature is where I find my empowerment, my peace, and my roots. When I found the Fat Girls Hiking community, I felt so excited to finally see such an incredible group of people living their truths outdoors.
I love whitewater rafting the Deschutes River, my cat Viola, and studying the native plants of Oregon!
Being a member of this community means so much to me, and I’m honored to be able to explore Bend with you!
